We were awarded a contract to provide a comprehensive ADA Transition Plan for the city of Citrus Heights, CA in September 2010.

We attended the annual CALBO conference in Monterey California as an exhibitor in February 2009.

ADA NEWS

As of January 22, 2009, the US Department of Justice Rule has been officially withdrawn from consideration to finalize the rule by the Office of Management and Budget.

This rule had been submitted by the Bush administration with the intent to have it pass before their authority expired. The Bush administration had made changes to the administrative rules governing the new ADAAG in the area of Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability in Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities that was widely considered to reduce access in favor businesses while changing long-held administrative law and procedures.
